Pablo Gómez de Salazar

With over 10 years of accumulated experience in the Talent area, particularly in selection, training, career development, culture, internal communication, and marketing.

He also serves as a trainer and corporate speaker in management skills and communication, integrating theatrical improvisation and NLP techniques. Leveraging his interpretative background, he designs and conducts engaging, enriching, and enjoyable courses.

On the creative side, he holds a diploma in acting from EMAD and has concurrently trained at Impromadrid while attending various drama seminars and workshops.

He is a founding member of KIAORA Teatro, where he performs regularly and has been part of the core cast in other improvisational shows.

Additionally, he has written and directed several short films such as Today is the Day and Scripted. Pablo has contributed to talent management for companies including Airbus, Merck, Iberia, Heineken, Roche, Toys R Us, LafargeHolcim, Mahou San Miguel, BAT, and Omnicom Media Group, as well as for startups and small businesses.
